The newspaper also accused India of deteriorating the situation on the borders and not being ready to resolve issues.
Earlier, on Sunday, India had said that military talks on the ongoing border standoff collapsed as China refused to agree on a couple of suggestions made by the Indian side. India said that China is not ready to move back from the disputed land.
At the same time, China also released a statement and said that the negotiation failed as New Delhi made unreasonable and unrealistic demands during the meeting.
