The criminal investigation department (CID) on Tuesday recorded a statement of the victim in Ebit Lew’s sexual harassment case. The official said that the victim arrived at the federal police headquarters today to assist the ongoing investigation against Ebit Lew. Official, who denied revealing further details and the identity of the victim, said that the matter is being investigated and the team is looking for more details in the case.

The new development comes in sexual harassment case days after philanthropist Ebit Lew submitted his statement before the officials.
On August 19, Ebit Lew, who is well known for his social works, was summoned by the investigation team to cooperate in the matter.
Lew, 36, has categorically rubbished the allegation against him. He said that all the charges are slanderous and cruel.
According to reports, the matter will be sent to the AG office after completing a thorough investigation.
Top investigation agency is investigating the matter under section under Section 509 of the Penal Code, Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act 1955 and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
