Many people breathed a sigh of relief today after receiving the confirmation message that their appointment for AstraZeneca’s Covid-19 vaccine has been successfully done. This comes a day after a huge hullabaloo for not getting a slot for vaccine due to a technical error in the app.
On social media, people are sharing screenshots that they received a confirmation message this morning on the MySejahtera application. People are getting their slot with date and location on the MySejatera app.
Yesterday, MySejahtera app was reported having technical issues as some people said that its status page was not loading properly.
On 25th of May, senior minister Khairy Jamaluddin had said that AstraZeneca vaccine shots for Covid-19 for people under 60 will start from May 26.
The government also confirmed that slots for the AstraZeneca vaccine have been provided last night even to those who failed to register yesterday. The government also ensured that those who did not get the slot, will be provided as soon as possible.
